- Consultancy and Management
Providing clubs with planning, daily operations, accounting support, event management, and entertainer booking. This ongoing involvement allows us to maintain a strong presence in Japan’s e - Event Curation
Operating both self-produced events and subcontracted events for external clients. In this capacity, we provide a full suite of services, including event planning, construction, entertainment booking, event operation, and ticket sales. For subcontracted events, revenue is derived from a combination of fixed fees and a revenue-sharing model with the client. Sub-Leasing
Acting as an intermediary between landlords and clubs by leasing properties and sub-leasing them to operators. This provides an additional revenue stream for us, while enabling clubs to access prime locations without negotiating directly with landlords.Restaurants
